We don’t draw lines between strategy, structure, and leadership. They break together, they get fixed together.

Most founders want to solve one thing at a time. Strategy this quarter. Structure next quarter. Leadership development when we can get to it. But the problems don't queue that way.
Clarity on where the business is going is what gets a team aligned. The way a business runs is what makes a strategy executable and measurable. Pulling on one thread usually means pulling on all three.
Everyone thinks founders need more advice. We think they need someone who will get in the mess with them.

I’ve spent over fifteen years inside companies that were growing fast and figuring it out as they went. Supporting the founders at Canva while they doubled in size (500 to 1,000+) and valuation ($4.7B to $8.7B) over 12 months. Atlassian partnering the executive team across product, design, and engineering. Chief of Staff turned COO of cybersecurity firm Gridware. Early career at Westfield in the Chairman's private office.
The roles were different each time. All of them had me working on the same question: what does this organisation need for the size it is now, and then for where it wants to go?
I started Foundry° because I got tired of watching founders try to answer that question alone. Or worse, pay someone who’d never sat inside a growing company to tell them how to run one.
My brain is wired differently. I see the strategic problem and the typo in the same breath. That's not supposed to happen, but it does.
I also move fast. I’ve been told to slow down. On the flipside I've been told the pace is one of the most useful things about working with me. I’ll let you decide.

Most advisors show up with a framework, map your problems to their model, and hand you a plan that falls apart within a week. We work with you from the inside. Close enough to feel the pressure, honest enough to move the needle, and practical enough to make sure the work sticks.
HONESTY OVER COMFORT.
We'll tell you the thing no one else will. Not because we like being uncomfortable, but because the gap between what you're hearing and what's happening is where most companies stall. That gap costs more than the conversation ever will.

GROUND UP, NOT TEMPLATE DOWN.
Your business isn't like the last one we worked in. We start with what's true about your market, your people, your constraints. The right answer for your company isn't the right answer for anyone else's.
BUILT TO HOLD WITHOUT US.
We don't build things that need us to keep running them. We build structure, clarity, and capability that holds weight as the company grows. If we stay, it's because the relationship is valuable, not because the work falls apart without us.
